This is a spoofed (fake) number according to Spokeo web site. Area code 813 is Tampa Florida Called my cell phone only letting it ring 2 times then hung up. It's illegal in my state for solicitation to be done to cell phones. No business has been given my cell phone # because I won't give it out. Complaints on other web sites state caller lets phone ring 2 times & hangs up. One complaint, he called the # back & said it was Julie with Reward Redemption & said he had won a $100 gift card.
